An important part of your overall health is your dental health and your smile can say a lot about both. Weight, fitness and disease resistance are not only affected by the types of food you eat, but by what time and what sequence you eat them. Two simple suggestions in this article are to limit your between meal snacks to healthy ones (not sticky sweet) and limit your consumption of more sugary or starchy desserts and snacks to mealtimes.
